This place suits me perfectly with its fitness center, private beach, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped my elderly parents with a good attitude that I remember fondly. I’m coming back for Christmas!

absolutely loved the mediocre breakfast, it was just thrilling to taste such bland food at a premium hotel. oh, and the check-in experience was delightful, waiting for hours only to find out my king bed was, shockingly, unavailable. one would think they’d offer some complimentary gift for all the trouble, but no. how quaint!

I had a blast! The pillows were softer than a cloud, and that sea view was proper lush. Just wish the wifi was up to scratch, though—it was as slow as a snail. But still, I'd definitely come back for another go!

Poolside charm with minor setbacks
The staff’s warm demeanor and the spacious pool area made for delightful relaxation after busy days. Sunrise views from my room were truly breathtaking, enhancing the overall experience.
Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled to keep up with the tropical heat, making nights less comfortable. Like other guests, I found check-in delays frustrating.

The breakfast spread was impressive, with options ranging from local delights to western choices, perfect for getting a hearty start to the day. The view from my room overlooking the golf course was breathtaking, adding a nice touch to the overall experience.
Had some major hiccups with my room upon arrival. the first one was dusty, which wasn't a great first impression. Plus, I had to deal with a bedside light that didn’t function, and the room change process was a hassle that ate up time I could've spent enjoying the area. I also found the beach's cleanliness left something to be desired. Really expected better from an establishment in this caliber.

Had a fantastic time with my friends at the resort! We enjoyed the golf course and took advantage of the recreational facilities. Perfect spot for trekking in Kinabalu Park.
We faced a delay getting our room ready, which cut into our plans. It would be wise to check in early to avoid any scheduling conflicts.

Great sea view and spacious room
The sea view from my room was breathtaking, and I really enjoyed the modern furnishings and the comfortable pillows that made for restful nights. I had access to several swimming pools, which was perfect for a relaxing time. the food variety at breakfast didn't quite meet my expectations, feeling more like dinner options than the fresh starts typical at breakfast buffets.
